I can’t believe that what is in this cup has made such a difference in my life!!

Not to brag, but... yesterday (the day we returned from a week in Cabo), I was woken up at 4:50am - not voluntarily - thanks jet lagged Giorgia...

But after that, I made a cup of this happy magic, and then I did... 9 loads of laundry, grocery shopped, cleaned the house, made the beds, helped Giselle with hours of independent study, went for a walk, caught up on work, managed to take a shower, cooked 3 actual meals for the 5 of us, and handled exhausted kid meltdowns pretty darn well!

I kiiiiiiinda felt like super mom 🙌🏼

Really though, I don’t post this to gloat, but to share... because I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Life can get hectic, crazy, hard, and I just wanted to share what has been making a huge difference for me.

Some of the things I have noticed:

Increased energy
Increased motivation
More patience
Clear thinking
Calmer
Decreased anxious feelings
Curbed cravings
Better “mom-ing”

Oh, and the cherry on top... You guys, I brought the happy magic with us on vacation, and I came home from Mexico a few lbs lighter than when I left! What??? And for the record, this mama did not skimp on vacay. I stayed keto as much as possible, but the drinks were flowing and snacks were bountiful at the all-inclusive resort 🤗 Now that’s what I call a WIN!

Even though I’m sad to be back from vacation, the hardest of Monday’s are a lot more manageable these days!
