If you want to get over somebody. Just tell yourself that they hate you. Remind yourself of it every single day. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not because the fact is, they haven’t done right by you and they probably never will so reminding yourself that they hate you will kill the little bit of hope that keeps you repeating the same cycle.
