Please respect my time as I respect yours.

If a recovery home or post-op provider stopped responding after you expressed interest, it would quickly be labeled as “unprofessional” or even a “scam.” However, providers experience similar situations when potential clients state they are payment-ready but are still shopping around or not prepared to move forward.

Once you confirm you are payment ready, your requested date will be placed on a one-hour courtesy hold to allow time for contract review and payment completion. If both are not finalized within that hour, the hold will be released and your request canceled. At that point, I will not reconsider booking services.

This policy protects my calendar, my staff coordination, and most importantly, the clients who are genuinely ready to secure trusted, quality care.

I am OVER the ongoing battle between surgeons and post-op departments—and I’m especially over clients being made to feel weak for taking pain meds exactly as their doctors prescribed. That narrative stops here.
