Have you ever had back pain? I hadn’t, until recently, when something unintentionally resurfaced from my past from 2012. I was not in the healing world back in those days, and so, like most people do, I brushed myself off and kept moving forward without ever having processed those traumatic events and feelings.
Here’s what was wild. Once I unlocked those issues and connected them to issues I struggle with now… my back WENT OUT. Excruciating pain. I couldn’t move at all without crying.
This doesn’t happen to me. Like, ever. I don’t have back pain, I don’t get stuck in bed unable to move.
This is what I have been saying for years on my page and to clients. Even if you try to move on, to “be strong”, your body remembers, unless you actually process the emotions of the event.
Your physical body will show you what your emotions are storing.
When I went through this traumatic time in 2012, a very similar thing happened. My neck froze. I couldn’t look in any direction, it was like I was paralyzed. This is trauma speaking through the physical body. So when I started to work through it, the same thing happened, just in a different spot in my body.
However, the first time this happened, I didn’t have all of the awareness that I have today. When it happened the second time, I knew EXACTLY why my back just suddenly froze and was screaming at me in pain.
So what did I do? I did what I would do for a client. I used frequencies, I journaled, I talked to my partner and my family, I used light therapy and herbs, I contacted an energy-aware therapist and I had an emergency session with my energy healer.
I couldn’t move for 2 days, and then right after that session, I could feel a significant difference. By the next morning, I was up and moving with only slight pain, and the next day, I was back to normal.
When people come to me with back pain or literally any physical ailment, my mind immediately goes to, “We have to find the root of this emotional issue and release it so the physical pain stops.” I do this through talking to the person and using frequency tools that help us uncover where the issue is.
Sure, you can take Tylenol to mask the pain. But it’s a bandaid, and it will come back, either in the same spot or a different spot, until you find the emotional root and begin healing it.
This is why I love what I do and why this work is so important.
If you are struggling with body pain, no matter how long it’s been going on, I would strongly suggest checking out my Root + Rise offering on my amazing new website! I designed this offering to help people uncover the ROOT of their issue and then help them RISE through it.
