1 year 🤍

A year ago we said yes to forever in front of all our favorite people, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This year has been filled with memories, laughter, conversations, sunshine and all the coziness. Here’s to many more, my love. Now can we rewind and relive this day?

This past weekend I competed in my first kettlebell sport competition. Although I tried to talk myself out of it, switched around my weight, and almost threw up at the start. I completed the full 10 minute set! Which was my biggest goal going into it, and for that I am proud of myself! ✔️💪🏼

This gym has continued to force me to try new things, and be comfortable with the uncomfortable. I am so happy to have found a place that has truly changed my relationship with movement.

Can’t wait to come out stronger next year! And to my cheer squad, yes I’ll need you to come back again! 😎
