The 1st Annual Overcoming Obstacles @ the Pier is in the books… thank you to our awesome staff, clients and friends who came out to play in the sand!!! Thank you to Ocean Crest Fishing Pier & the Seahorse for hosting us, Lucas @ Well Fed Ed food truck for feeding us and all those who donated to support our cause!!!!

TOMORROW, November 1st is the rescheduled date for our Overcoming Obstacles @ the Pier, beach obstacle course!!

Yes, there’s lots happening tomorrow, BUT our event starts registration at 10am, event starts at 10:30am and you can play in the sand, donate to a great cause and still make it to the events in Southport without feeling like you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place!!!

Registration is $35 at the event and we’ll have tshirts for $25, food by Well Fed Ed, music by Garrett Wheeler and of course, the amazing Ocean Crest Fishing Pier hosting our event!! We’ll see you on the sandy side of the pier!!!

We are only THREE days away from our Overcoming Obstacles @ the Beach fundraising event for Brunswick County Wellness Center! We know theres A LOT goingon this Saturday , but come play with us in the morning and then head into Southport for the afternoon/evening activities !

Come join us for fun in the sand (beach obstacles), great munchies by Well Fed Ed, incredible music by Garrett Wheeler and beverages (for purchase) from Ocean Crest Pier on Saturday, November 1st from 10---- until... Registration is $25 (if you register early) $35 the day of! We will have some t-shirts for sale and a 50/50 raffle!

🚨 WET WEATHER ALERT! ☔️

Our epic obstacle course has decided to become a water park thanks to Mother Nature's surprise rain storm. 🏃‍♂️💦🌧️

But don’t worry—we’re not letting a little (okay, a LOT of) rain wash away the fun. We’re rescheduling the madness to Saturday, November 1 so you can jump, crawl, and climb without needing a snorkel.

Mark your calendars, dry your socks, and get ready to bring the energy (not the umbrella) on 11/1! 💪🌤️

Stay dry, stay awesome — we'll see you then! We've got T-shirts available now though if you want one... $25 & pick up at Premier Fitness Studio!!

Got to step out of the Studio today to go talk about my favorite place in Southport... Brunswick County Wellness Center!! Thank you to Sacred Heart Ladies Guild for allowing me to come share my heart for helping to improve the health and wellness of citizens living with neurological disorders in Brunswick County! I love sharing stories of my incredible clients and the goals they are crushing!! Again, THANK YOU for your time and interest in our non-profits mission!!

We now offer Beginner/Chair Yoga... Monday's @ 1pm and Thursday's @ 9:30am. No experience necessary. Great class for those recovering from surgery and/or with movement restrictions/limitations. Class is donation based and/or covered by Silver Sneakers plans. Come join Diana for a relaxing S-T-R-E-T-C-H and breath work!
