I recently shared with fellow women business owners that I do enjoy the art of creating media for my socials. I consider Reels to be PowerPoint on steroids.

I remember my very first PowerPoint presentation in the spring of 2000. I would love to see you all guess what my topic was in the comments!

So, back to creating media: as an artist I want to claim space in this arena to share from my point of view and with the intention of influencing you all to tap into your creativity, however that manifests.

After a meeting I checked my voicemail and was so encouraged to hear the excitement around my pieces.
Sometimes it can get discouraging in this world of art, especially fiber art.
I haven't had as many workshops make lately and I think it has gotten me into a funk of questioning, doubting, and battling that imposter syndrome.

This voicemail helped serve as a reminder that my perspective, my practice, my part matters.
