The Purpose

I grew up and worked with my family’s Arabian Horse Breeding and Showing business, Armstrong Arabians, for 16+ years. Of those 16 years, I have been riding and showing for 14 years, most of which was Country English Pleasure. I decided to stay with the horse industry because I love it so much! My parents have always emphasized how important the structure of a horse is, in any breed, especially in a breeding and showing business. Without a good structure, horses aren’t able to live to their fullest life for themselves or for us as horse lovers, or equestrians. Because of that, I shadowed a Chiropractor and Massage Therapist in Indiana to find my fit. I ended up going to Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics Inc., in Alexandria, Indiana.

There, I spent 800+ hours being trained in Swedish Massage Therapy and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, which is taught by the founder of this incredible school, Ruthann Hobbs, who trained under the founder of the Pfrimmer Technique, Therese C. Pfrimmer. I have been trained in therapies for humans and animals, though, I have chosen to specialize in the care of Equine, Canine, and other pets or farm animal. I have my license for massage currently in Michigan. I am continuing my education in alternative therapies as I go and grow. I am excited to be in this business to give more, alternative therapies to everyone’s furry friends to give them a pain free life, to look, and feel their best!
