Hey guys! I’ve always offered online training, but I have not pushed it onto my platform nearly as much as I do in person training.

Online training can be SO beneficial to so many people because you are able to workout on YOUR time, and even your own house!

This option is also great for those of you who feel “too busy” to start a healthy and active lifestyle. It is 100% possible to achieve your fitness goals from online training as I offer personalized workouts for your goals, nutrition coaching, AND habit coaching.

This is something I’ve recently decided to really start pursuing because I know how helpful in can be to many people who don’t know where to start, but want to work out on their own time!

Online training is available for both home and gym workouts - so there are no more excuses for not having a gym membership 😉

Also, for those of you who workout late at night after all the trainers leave, this is also a great option for you as, again, online training is on YOUR time!!

Hey friends!!

I’m thinking about starting up an 8 week summer shred challenge to help you all reach your fitness goals!

There would be a fee to enter, but 1st place would receive anywhere from $200-$500 (or more- amount will depend on how many people I have interested in signing up!)

When you sign up, you would receive my summer shred 8 week program which includes both weight training and cardio. You would also receive custom calories and macros for your fitness goals! (Remember, nutrition is the most important!) lastly, you would have access to a Facebook group for everyone in the challenge to join to help cheer each other on!

❌ ARE YOU MAKING THIS MISTAKE?

Do you have a plan when you get to the gym?

Structure is SO important when it comes to working out. Many beginners tend to take their first steps to fitness by getting a gym membership (which is AWESOME!) however, they also tend to walk into the gym without a plan.

This can lead to wandering around the gym doing a bunch of different exercises and just going through the motions. Are you getting a good workout this way? Probably not.

So what do you do?
HAVE A PLAN!

📝Write out your workouts ahead of time. Every exercise, how many sets, how many reps. This allows you to get into the gym, complete your workouts efficiently and effectively, and then leave feeling way more accomplished than you would if you came in without a plan.

Did you know to lose weight or gain muscle, your nutrition is one of the single most important factors alongside exercise? Your nutrition is SO important, and many people skip over this factor.

1. You WILL NOT lose weight unless you are in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume).

2. Progressive overload (training for muscle growth) will not be effective if you are not consuming ample protein/carbs/calories.

Whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle, these are very important factors that you need to put into consideration!

💡If you are working out every day, but eating in a calorie surplus, you will not see the scale move down! (If anything it will move up due to gaining muscle)

💡In another light, if you are working out consistently, applying progressive overload, but eating 1100 calories a day and 30g of protein, you will not see growth!! If you want that dump truck b***y, or those Boulder shoulders, you gotta eat girl!!

Nutrition is SO SO important when it comes to your health goals. I cannot stress that enough! Lifting weight and doing cardio is just a small portion of what you should be doing to reach your goals. When it comes to meeting your health/fitness goals, nutrition is 80% , exercise is 20%. Make your nutrition a priority if you want to meet your goals!!

So many of you requested I do a full day of eating! I love doing these bc I want to be as real with y’all as possible! This is everything I ate yesterday. Remember, it’s all about BALANCE! Incorporate foods you enjoy in your diet and you will be so much more successful in your health journey 💕

Disclaimer: please do not use the amount of calories I eat as the amount you should eat too. Everyone is different and, needs different amounts of food based on your goals.

Breakfast: Protein Shake & Kashi Cereal

Snack: Mango & Rice Works Chips

Lunch: Sirloin, Coconut ginger jasmine rice, green beans

Snack: Oikos Vanilla Yogurt

Dinner: homemade air fryer Buffalo wings, homemade air fryer fries, celery

Desert: Skinny cow Ice cream sandwich & 3 Oreos (not pictured)
