This gentle and nourishing herbal blend is perfect for unwinding and soothing mental unrest while botanicals refresh and restore the body.

Filled with antioxidants, delicious flavonoids, and everyone's favorite herbal compound, Thujone! Thujone is the compound found in many herbs like mugwort and wormwood, and is what gave absinthe it's extra strength when it was still botanically infused. Thujone is known for its effect on the brain, acting as a competitor to GABA in its receptors. This is what gives plants like Mugwort their mood lifting effects, while also calming and quieting the mind.

We're bringing herbal mocktails back to StretchLab to start the week off right!!

This time around I'm mixing up a big punch bowl of our Harvest Sangria for free sips & samples from 1-5pm!

This event is open to the public! While assisted stretches require appointments, anyone is welcome to come in and shop our selection of seasonal herbal remedies and grab a mocktail!

We're bringing back out Valentine's Mocktail Gift Boxes for one week only!!

These gift boxes are the perfect way to celebrate with your Valentine, and it includes everything you need for a night full of mocktails. We even made a recipe guide for inspiration that utilizes each ingredient in the set.

And you get your choice of Herbal Tonic!
Set the mood with a tonic that inspires connection, or end your evening with a selection of nighttime beverages, the choice is yours!

We will begin shipping, delivery, and local pickup for these on Monday, but they're already listed on the website for preorders!

This weekend we are FINALLY back to serving up mocktails !!!

Between taking a weekend off, and getting all that snow, it's been almost 4 full weeks since we've done a pop up market, and I cannot wait to be back!

Class announcement!!

Join us at the PAL office on Spring St on March 26th from 5-6:30pm to learn about setting up an attractive, impactful, and lucrative market display.

We'll be talking signage, the psychology of selling, display placement, product packaging, elevated branding, and creating interest that draws customers in.

It's a little known fact about me that I went to school for business and marketing. I've worked for a variety of companies, corporate and mom and pop shops, creating visual impact and driving sales. I'm very passionate about retail, aesthetics, and the visual psychology behind selling, so I couldn't say no when PAL presented me with this opportunity!

AND it's open to vendors who aren't currently a part of The Hub City Farmers Market!!
Anyone who vends at markets, or that's looking to get started is welcome to join!

Our Tea & Spice Tasting Club is open for February enrollment!!

Just like last month, you have the option to subscribe monthly or annually, and you'll receive one Tea Blend Sampler and one Spice Blend Sampler each month, all made fresh from our farm grown botanicals.

Last months blends were a Loblolly Pine & Orange Peel tea, and a Shiitake Mushroom finishing salt, both perfect reflections of the current seasonal flavors available in South Carolina.

This months blends will remain a mystery until our members have had the chance to open their packages and see for themselves!

If you've been watching our story, you know we had a few pine trees that were cut down, and as they sat one big log produced more pine resin than I've ever seen. The entire log coated itself in resin, capping the ends and pushing the bark from the cambium. Over the course of a week, I collected a full pound of resin from the log, and yesterday I melted it down into this delicious smelling pine salve.

Pine resin is incredibly antimicrobial, earning it the title 'Nature's Neosporin', and it's an essential in any herbal first aid kit or medicine cabinet.
It's perfect for small cuts and abrasions that need a little help healing quicker, and with less risk of infection.

Since Frosty Farmer was cancelled this weekend and we'll be settling in for a second round of snow, I went ahead and listed these on our website.
As always we have options for local pickup, delivery, and shipping!

Speaking of the upcoming cold weather, did you know there's a rich history of using pine resin and topicals to shield the face from intense dry wind? Not only is it hydrating, it creates a barrier that helps keep the skin warm and protected from the cold!
