Have you ever wondered what yoga looks like beneath the surface — the philosophy, the breath, the energy of it all?

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training isn’t only for people who want to teach. It’s also for students who simply want to understand their practice more deeply, move with more awareness, and bring the wisdom of yoga into everyday life.

You don’t have to have any teaching goals to join us. Just curiosity, an open heart, and a love for the practice.

Your mat is just the beginning.

Join us for a complimentary yoga class and info session if you’d like to learn more!

Hey yoga family! We’re taking our yoga off the mat by coming together to nourish our community!

From November 1st -14th, YogaUnMe is hosting a food drive to support the Spartanburg Soup Kitchen, an organization providing meals and care for our neighbors in need.

In yoga, Dāna means generous giving — a practice of sharing from the heart and recognizing our connection with one another.

Our food drive is an expression of that spirit. Together, we can extend the kindness we cultivate on the mat into our community, ensuring everyone has nourishment and care.

• What to bring:
Non-perishable food items (canned goods, dry pasta, rice, etc.)

Drop-off: YogaUnMe Studio

Dates: November 1 - 14, 2025

Let’s fill our hearts and the donation bins - one act of kindness at a time!

🎉 Drumroll, please… introducing the one and only Kristyn Moses!

She’s our yoga teacher, studio manager, teacher training coordinator… and basically the glue (and glitter ✨) that holds Yogaunme together. Kristyn brings her whole heart—raw, real, and radiant—to every class and to our community. 💛

We honestly don’t know how we got so lucky.🫰🏻

➡️ Do us a favor: like and share this video so we can keep showing up, pushing through the awkward bits, and making more content that actually feels good for your soul (and maybe your abs from laughing 😉

Welcome to your new yoga home!

We are located inside the Vintage Warehouse. Our mission is to provide a genuine and sustainable yoga practice that will continue to evolve the physical and emotional health of our students. If you ever wanted to try yoga, this is a good place to start with. We want to provide a space for yoga practitioners and teachers to meditate, practice, and/or share their passion and knowledge about yoga. If you need a place to enhance your practice and/or maybe offer some classes or workshops, this is a great space for you. We welcome people with any background and experiences, and we will do our best to create a space that is safe and nourishing for all.
