What is Sports Therapy? I get asked this a lot as to why I have that added in with massage. I have a passion for keeping people moving. Keeping you doing the activities that fill your heart. So when I started down my sports massage training I knew I wanted to incorporate that into my daily sessions not just pre and post event. Some sessions get built into an hour massage where we do a little more specific work based on the pain or restrictions you may have and other sessions can look like this, 15 minutes of cupping and scraping on a tight IT band causing knee pain for a XC runner. Some passive movement with the cups to end and some rest before she runs in a couple of days.
