You will begin by selecting a cleanser to prep your skin before settling onto your mat. Once the sound bath begins, Kileigh will move through the room to apply a facial mist. She’ll perform a gentle facial massage, place cold stones in your hands, and apply a mask. To close, you will choose a moisturizer to lock in hydration, all while enjoying a sound bath to enhance muscle and mental relaxation with Jessie Jo.

IHP is the highest-intensity class we offer, and it’s designed for all fitness levels to be able join. You’ll be on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.

Congratulations to our BHY Spokane Valley Employee of the Quarter, Kristin Brown! She has been with us for four years and teaches power, vinyasa, and vin/yin classes.

❓What drew you to teaching yoga?
“I found yoga after my divorce and needed it as it was the only time for months I found quiet. I had no intention to teach, but signed up for teacher training during Covid to keep practicing, and everything started unfolding. I met Daniele, and she encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and teach.”

🧘‍♀️Favorite yoga pose?
“Half moon. I love the concentration that comes with balancing postures.”

🎵 Favorite song on your yoga playlist?
“Hmmm... Opalite by Taylor Swift right now.”

We had a lot of exciting things happen this year: We opened our location in Liberty Lake, two new sets of students graduated from our Spring Power/Vinyasa and Fall Hatha Teacher Trainings, our Riverfront Moves community summer event was packed out, and we had a fantastic time on our Yoga Retreat in Cabo.

We greatly appreciate our fantastic community of BeYoutiful Hot Yoga members. Thanks for joining us this year!

We love yoga so much that our family actually lived in 2 yoga studios for a while! Want to know more? We would love to share our story with you! Come see us at the studio and let us tell you more!

In the past 6 years, we have opened 6 studios (2 more on the way!) and have had 3 beautiful children (all born in different cities where we opened studios!! – We told you we loved yoga didn’t we?!) You might even see them hanging around the studios greeting clients and posing in pictures by doing yoga poses.

Yoga has certainly built a wonderful healthy bond in our family and we hope it can to yours
