Hi šŸ‘‹šŸ» my name is Sarah and I help people heal holistically with hashimotos disease. Does it also give me bonus points that I also have hashimotos disease and know some of the struggles that you’ve gone through? Or going through?

The hardest part about hashimotos is that there’s just a lot of bad information. And yes, I know how that looks and you’re thinking ā€œso why should I trust this broadā€?!

Let me break this down in simple terms:
•hashimotos is an autoimmune that attacks your thyroid
•there is no medication. The way to heal it is to understand your root cause as to what is causing the inflammation.
•next? You want to know EXACTLY what damage has been done by your inflammation. This is where people get it WRONG! They guess or generically follow a diet and supplement routine.
•this is where I approach things differently. I use functional land so I’m not guessing. I know exactly what your inflammation has done, what to heal, and how to heal it.

Sometimes it was very gut-healing and anti-inflammatory.
Sometimes it was about calming inflammation first.
And now? It’s much more hormone-focused with higher protein.

But here’s the part people miss.
I never ate in a way that made me hate my life.

I didn’t survive on sad salads.
I didn’t cook separate meals for my family.
And I didn’t eat foods I couldn’t sustain long-term to do the healing part properly (because healing with hashimotos is about way more than food).

Healing with Hashimoto’s isn’t about following one diet forever - it’s about eating what your body needs in the season it’s in.

That’s why food eliminations alone don’t work.
And it’s why random ā€œHashimoto’s dietsā€ leave people stuck.

I always ate food that:

No gatekeeping here. A lot of people ask me how I’m different or how my hashimotos clients have success in working with me. While I don’t know what others do, I’ll transparently tell you what I do!

But before we even start, I’ll tell you NOT to run out and get more testing done. Because, on the call, we’re going to:
•understand what tests and labs you do have
•take a deep dive into your history. We’re going to use a fun DDDAI method to determine your root cause and what inflammation your body is responding to
•we’re going to look at your daily habits to see what adjustments need to be made
•and I’m going to write a custom healing plan for you
•IF you need functional labs or additional testing, I’ll recommend that you go out and get those. When you get the results back, you send them to me and I’ll write your healing plan off that (no additional cost)

I know this might be controversial in the Hashimoto’s world, but I’m going to say it anyway:

šŸ‘‰šŸ¼ AIP didn’t work for me.
And it doesn’t work for most of my clients either.

Not because AIP is ā€œbadā€, but because eliminating food doesn’t fix inflammation.

Yes, some people feel better temporarily when they cut gluten or dairy. But if your gut is still damaged…
If your hormones are still out of whack…
If you’re still inflamed from the inside out…

It won’t matter how many foods you remove.
You won’t feel better.
You’ll just feel restricted - and frustrated.
