This page is transparently showing what a late in life (single) mom with an autoimmune does to make life SIMPLE while keeping up with the good things in life.

When your body is fighting chronic inflammation from Hashimoto’s, it’s not just about the thyroid - it’s about cellular damage, poor detox, and depleted energy.

That’s where glutathione and NAD+ come in.

🧬 Glutathione is your body’s master antioxidant.
It helps:
– Neutralize oxidative stress
– Support detox pathways (especially liver!)
– Calm inflammation
– Boost immune function

⚡️ NAD+ is a molecule your cells need for energy production and repair.
It supports:
– Mitochondrial function (aka energy at the cellular level)
– DNA repair
– Healthy aging
– Brain clarity + focus

But here’s the catch → If you take these orally (like in capsule form), they don’t survive digestion well - meaning you won’t get the full benefit 💊✖️

Instead, I use patches (and have also used injections) to bypass the digestive system completely and get straight to work. They’re easy to apply and perfect for daily support.

This is the kind of non-overwhelming, supportive healing I love using alongside the core nutrition + root cause work I teach my clients.

Want the link for the patches I use? Comment “PATCHES” and I’ll send it your way.

Eliminating food can calm symptoms - but it does not heal the damage that’s already been done.

You cannot food-eliminate your way out of autoimmune disease.
You cannot supplement-stack your way to stability.
You cannot follow someone else’s “protocol” and expect your body to respond the same.

✨ You need to know your root cause.
✨ You need to understand the inflammation it created.
✨ You need to repair the damage that inflammation left behind - in your gut, your hormones, and your metabolism. And often times, you need to do LESS than what you think to truly give you body a break. Yes, I mean cutting back on all those supps that aren’t doing anything.

When I stopped listening to cookie-cutter advice and started healing the actual root of my autoimmune chaos, my body responded.
That’s how I lost 100 pounds.
That’s how I reversed my Hashimoto’s symptoms.
That’s how I got my life back. No symptoms, no thyroid meds, no infertility.

💻 If you’re done guessing, my Custom Healing Blueprint still has openings. This is what I used to build my own healing plan - and what I now use to help other women heal for good (instead of guessing).

📩 Comment “HEAL” and I’ll drop you the link while I’m still accepting new clients (registration ends Jan 4th or when all limited spots are filled).

No more guessing. No more chasing.
Let’s finally heal.

Going a little overboard just to make a point. Obviously you don’t need all of these but there are SO many different ways to use red light therapy. And yes, I typically do light to skin but have my clothes on simply because I can’t be naked on social media (because that was the biggest feedback the last time I posted about RLT).

Why RLT?
▪️ Supports Thyroid Function: Several small studies have shown that red light therapy applied to the thyroid area may help reduce inflammation and potentially improve thyroid hormone production. Some people have even been able to lower their medication dosage under medical supervision.
▪️ Reduces Inflammation: Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition driven by chronic inflammation. Red light therapy helps by reducing pro-inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress, creating a more balanced immune response.
▪️Boosts Energy Production (Mitochondrial Health): One of the key mechanisms of red light therapy is stimulating mitochondria to produce more ATP (cellular energy). Since many people with Hashimoto’s struggle with fatigue, this can be a big help for energy levels.
▪️Improves Mood + Reduces Symptoms of Depression: Low thyroid function often leads to mood issues like anxiety and depression. Red light therapy, especially when used around the brain (near-infrared wavelengths) and body, has shown mood-boosting effects by reducing inflammation and supporting neurotransmitter balance.
▪️Supports Hair Growth: Hair thinning is a frustrating Hashimoto’s symptom. Red light therapy can help stimulate hair follicles and increase blood flow to the scalp, promoting hair regrowth.
▪️Improves Sleep Quality: Better mitochondrial function and reduced inflammation can support improved sleep patterns — something a lot of thyroid warriors struggle with.
▪️Supports Skin Health: Red light therapy can improve skin elasticity, reduce dryness, and support collagen production — common issues for people with hypothyroidism.

Alone - RLT won’t heal you but it can be a helpful component!

Lots of great options for RLT panels and pads. If you need the link for 5 off the ones I love, comment RED and I’ll send it your way.
