I’m always talking about how important it is to get movement work in, and honestly… this may be the most movement I’m getting these days. 😆

Just kidding. I actually am doing my movement work — I’ve got to keep myself healthy and ready for August when school begins.

But truly, this is how a lot of my time is being spent right now when I’m not working, with friends, with my dogs, or out sailing more. ⛵ (I have sailing plans soon though!!)

And I have to say… I’m loving this process.

Building the Ethics & Business portion of this program is giving me so much food for thought. I’m learning while I’m teaching, refining while I’m creating, and getting more excited to share this with students every day.

Can’t wait to share it with the first cohort this August.

And if you’re curious about being one of the people I share this with… send me a message. I’d be happy to tell you about the program and see if it feels like a good fit.

🌟 Sneak peek!

I’ve gotten all of my ethics lectures done for the first (fall) quarter of massage school! Check these out and let me know what you think in the comments! I would love to get your feedback on this!

The lecture videos for the school won’t have captions unless you add them to listen, but they will have other features. This is just the raw footage with captions added.

It’s so satisfying to be making serious progress on this now that I have someone more techy than me helping me to edit the videos. What a blessing!!

It feels like when things just fall into place, we must be doing what we’re meant to do. ❤️

🌊 Lymphatic & Venous Drainage

May 15–16

This class is all about flow.

You’ll learn gentle, specific techniques to support the movement of lymph and venous blood—helping reduce swelling, support immune function, and create noticeable changes with a light touch.

We’ll focus on:
   •   Improving fluid movement and drainage
   •   Reducing congestion and inflammation
   •   Techniques that are easy on your body but powerful for your clients

This work integrates beautifully into any session and is especially helpful for clients dealing with chronic swelling, post-surgical recovery, or systemic congestion.

This is not an oncology class, but rather an “increase their health” class.

Building something that truly matters ✨

I’m so excited to be teaching ethics + business in my program—not just the “how,” but the why. Helping my students get clear on their values, take aligned risks, and create a vision that actually supports the life they want to live… that’s the real work.

This isn’t just about starting a practice—it’s about building a purpose-driven one 💛

04/14/2026

Would you like to be able to help your clients return fluids to their heart more effectively?

It’s about more than draining lymph. Not that Lymphatic Drainage can’t help. But if we open up the flow of venous blood, by loosening up some commonly restricted areas, the lymphatic system will have a lot less work to do to keep up with the demand.

That’s why in my Lymphatic and Venous Drainage class, I show you how to do that, as well as showing you some lymphatic drainage techniques to use on the whole body.

This weekend I got to stand in a room full of humans who are all in on getting better at what they do.

The questions? 🔥
The curiosity? 🔥
The willingness to feel, think, and grow? 🔥

Find your people. Light the fire.

Because this is what happens when you do—
You remember why you started.
You get better, faster.
And you become part of something bigger than yourself.

It lit me up.

Every single person in that room is going to go out and help people in ways most don’t even know are possible yet.

That’s how this work spreads—through skilled, heart-centered practitioners who care enough to keep learning.

And tonight, my heart feels as full as that sky. 🔥💛

If you’re on this path too—this post is for you.

Most people think vertigo = inner ear.

And yeah… sometimes techniques like the Epple maneuver can help 👍
…but if it keeps coming back, there might be something deeper going on.

In my practice, I’ve been getting lasting results by looking at something completely different👇

✨ The relationship between the temporal bone, the sphenomaxillary complex, which creates the carotid siphon.

These structures are designed to move—toward each other, and away from each other—just like all tissues do in health—creating negative pressure that actually draws blood up into the head.

Because the heart doesn’t isn’t a strong enough pump to do it all on its own 👍
The whole body has this mechanism to help move fluids to where they need to go.

And if those bones can’t move well relative to each other?
That beautiful system can’t do its job.

So next time you’re working with stubborn vertigo…
👉 Think beyond the inner ear
👉 Think movement between these bones
👉 Think circulation

Sometimes the answer isn’t where everyone’s been looking.

Craniosacral Therapy 2: Face & Intraoral 🤍

📍Coeur d’ Alene, ID
🗓️ April 9-11
⏳ 24 hours of CEUs
💲 $736.43 (tax included)

This course offers a deep, respectful exploration of facial bone rhythms, movements, and intraoral techniques.

You’ll learn how to:

✨ Support TMJ function

✨ Encourage sinus drainage

✨ Improve overall cranial organization

Students will also receive an intraoral certification upon completion!

Why take this class?
To fully support the cranial mechanism, we can’t ignore the role of the facial bones. Sometimes they must release in order for the cranial vault to move and express more freely.

This course helps you refine your perception, expand your skill set, and work more completely within the craniosacral system.

There are only three spots left, so don’t wait… Sign up today at the link in my bio.

You won’t regret it. You will take home more than your money is worth from this class.

See you there!

💡 The longer I teach, the more I come back to these three things.

This work isn’t just about technique—it’s about awareness, curiosity, and sustainability.

And the piece I don’t see talked about enough?

Practitioners need space to process, too. ❤️

That’s something I’m intentionally building into my program… and I’m really excited about it.

If you’re someone who wants to keep growing (without burning out), you’re in the right place 💛

I don’t recommend massage and bodywork school for everyone.

And I mean that honestly.

If you are looking for something quick, easy, or just a way to “get certified,” this probably isn’t the right path.

If you don’t enjoy working with people, being present, or paying attention to subtle details - this work can feel frustrating.

If you are not willing to keep learning, practicing, and refining your skills overtime, it’s hard to build something sustainable or enjoyable.

This field asks a lot of you!

It asks you to slow down.
To listen - not just with your ears, but with your hands.
To think critically instead of following routines.
To care about doing the work well, not just getting through it.

But for the right person?

You get to help people feel better in their bodies.
You build real relationships.
You create work that actually matters.

As we continue enrolling for our first Massage and Bodywork cohort, this is exactly what we are looking for - not just anyone, but the right people.

People who feel drawn to this work in a deeper way.

If that’s you, you’ll know.

And if you’re curious, you’re always welcome to reach out and start the conversation 🤍

A little behind the scenes on our first cohort 🤍

We’ve had 3 students officially enrolled, which leaves 9 spots remaining!

What’s the most noticeable so far isn’t just the numbers - it’s the quality of people coming through. Thoughtful, grounded, genuinely curious humans who want to do this work well!

This program tends to resonate with a specific kind of person.

Someone who doesn’t just want to “learn massage,” but wants to understand what they’re feeling under their hands.

Someone who values slowing down, paying attention, and working with the body - not forcing it.

Someone who cares about building something sustainable, not just getting through school.

Because of that, we are being very intentional with who fills the remaining spots!

This is a small group by design so the training can stay, hands-on, focused, and personal.

If you’ve been quietly considering this path, this might be your moment to explore it!

Once the remaining 9 spots are filled, will be closing enrollment!

Feel free to reach out or DM “SCHOOL” if you want more information 💫
