My son came up with the idea.

We were talking about feelings one night, and he said:
“I wish I could practice saying how I feel without anyone knowing.”

That moment hit me…and it led to something I wish I had when I was in crisis.

What I needed back then was support.
But the people around me were too afraid to say the wrong thing…
So they said nothing.

Today, we’re launching SientoSim — emotional reps before the moment counts.

Just real practice for the hard conversations that save lives.
