Polished through 3 steps, a clean and a buff. I love the way the Petri effect shows up even more after they are polished.

First and a half try at making a resin bowl with Mixed Media Girl Artist Resin and adding some mica powders and using a large flower tray mold from Mixed Media Girl. I need to mix more resin, I need to pour it more evenly - the level says that my table is level - and I need to mix in less mica power/colorants. The first time I tried to do this was the tray it was sitting on...then I noticed that some of the tray wasn't filled in all the way so I mixed more resin and poured it into the mold...well, that didn't go so well because the part that was poured was already getting bendy so it didn't work out.

Keep posted for future attempts at making a resin bowl with this mold.
