Feeling deeply grateful and honored to hold space for 17 beautiful souls last night. Through sound and frequency, we realigned, released what no longer serves, and opened ourselves to the Light and beauty within.

As 2025 comes to a close, may today be filled with reflection, gratitude, and honoring every step of your journey and every lesson along the way. As we step into 2026, a year of expansion and growth, I recognize every soul committed to their journey and to making the Earth a more beautiful place. I see you. I honor you. I’m grateful our paths have crossed. 🫶

Wrapped in the stillness of the season, our first indoor Sound Meditation at the Old Chapel was nothing short of transformative. The space held such deep calm, and every vibration seemed to open new layers within and around us.✨

Each experience was beautifully unique as energy touched everyone differently, resonating with the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of where we are right now in our journeys. It’s incredible to witness how sound meets each soul exactly where it’s needed most!
