Here's what Jenn Huxtable, Libby Taylor, Mariah Mazza and Carolyn White are doing tomorrow. To prep for it today at workout class we did a training run.

1 minute run
1 minute Pushups w/ row
1 minute run
1 minute hammer curl, shoulder press, tricep extension
1 minute run
1 minute squat
1 minute run
1 minute walking lunge
1 minute run
1 minute weighted sit ups

What a great workout. Glad you guys came and crushed it today.

Here's some clarification on the workout sheets I handed out last week-

First- these "tests" can be done at home or you can do most of them during class time (I'll try to make time for it tonight) . This week would be a great week to test your mile time!

Second- This is totally optional but encouraged so you can numerically see how much stronger you've gotten.

Third- BE CONSISTENT- Test the way now that you will be 3 months from now. Don't cheat on form!

Fourth- Do you best. Be honest. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what number you get. This is just a starting spot.

Fifth- you can keep the sheets with you, or I can keep them in my backpack. Either is fine with me!

Sixth- start any time. We'll wait about three months before we test again to give your strength time to improve.

Seventh- ASK ME ANYTHING!! If you still have questions, don't hesitate to ask. I tried to cover everything but I'm sure I missed out on a lot!
