Through guided journal prompts, Melissa helps us gently uncover the places within that are asking for attention, compassion, and healing.

Hosted by The Ash Tree, LLC (Counseling + Education)

Bring your child (ages 6–10) for a fun, hands-on workshop where they’ll learn simple self-soothing skills they can actually use—at school, at home, and anywhere they feel overwhelmed.

We’ll practice:
• Calm-down tools for big feelings
• Kid-friendly therapeutic exercises
• Movement + breathing games
• Confidence + coping skills (without it feeling like “therapy”)
