The protein in your meat came from plants first.

We’ve been taught for years that meat is the main source of protein… but that’s not the full story.

Animals don’t create protein out of nothing—they get it from the plants they eat. That means plants are the original source.

You don’t need to fix every person or situation in your life.

Your breath is more than survival… it’s medicine.

So many people are walking around in a constant state of stress and don’t even realize it. The body stays tense, the mind keeps racing, and over time this creates the perfect environment for imbalance and disease.

But something as simple—and as powerful—as your breath can begin to shift all of that.

When you slow your breathing, you send a signal to your nervous system that you are safe. Your heart rate begins to settle. Your muscles soften. Your mind becomes quieter.

This is where healing begins.

In this session, I’m working with a client who struggles with chronic health issues, anxiety, and stress. Along with herbal support and nutritional guidance, I’m teaching her how to use her breath as a tool—something she can access anytime she feels overwhelmed.

A simple way to begin:

• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds• Hold gently for 4 seconds• Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 seconds• Repeat for a few minutes

Notice how your body begins to respond.

Breathwork paired with meditation doesn’t just calm you in the moment—it helps retrain your body to live in a more peaceful, balanced state.

Healing isn’t always found in something outside of you.

Sometimes it begins with something as simple as remembering how to breathe.

Reiki is more than just energy work—it’s a gentle return to yourself.

During spiritual awakening, everything can feel heightened… emotions, sensitivity, awareness. Old wounds may rise to the surface, not to break you, but to be released. This is where Reiki becomes a sacred support.

Reiki works by flowing where it’s needed most—calming the nervous system, clearing energetic blockages, and creating space for deep emotional release without overwhelm. For those moving through trauma, it offers something many haven’t experienced before: safety in stillness.

This is why I’m recommitting to this practice—not just for me, but because I have a responsibility to show up whole, clear, and connected for those I serve.

This is a sped-up glimpse into a shortened womb healing session I recently did with one of my newest clients.

She came to me after 18 years of trying to conceive… carrying not only physical challenges like fatty liver and hormonal imbalance , but also deep emotional weight from everything she’s been through. Doctors told her her eggs don’t mature. She’s tried multiple routes… and still, no success.

But something in her spirit told her to come here. And I honor that.

After her consultation, it was clear to me—this journey isn’t just physical. There is stored trauma, emotional pain, and energetic blockage that also needs to be released. So we began with womb healing… and over the next few months, we’ll be working on a full protocol to support her body, mind, and spirit as she prepares for the possibility of conception.

Because true healing doesn’t happen in just one place.

✨ Your body holds the symptoms
🧠 Your mind holds the patterns
🌿 Your spirit holds the energy

And when one is out of alignment, the others feel it.
