September is Childhood Obesity Awareness Month 💛. The reason weight and obesity matter are the health problems that are more likely to develop when a person is obese. There are many things that can increase the risk of obesity for your child- some you can change and some you cannot. There is not a simple fix, but one thing you can change to reduce your child’s risk for obesity is making healthier food choices. Swipe for some general recommendations on eating healthier. What are some healthy food/drink choices you have made in your home to set your kids up for success?
