I remember this clearly… my fear didn’t come from the idea of birth. It came from not knowing what to expect. Feeling confident, supported, and prepared was key to a transformative birth experience 💞

And this is my inspiration to support women through this exact transformation. I want you to feel confident, to follow your inner calling, and to feel supported every step of the way.

Recuerdo esto con mucha claridad… mi miedo no venía de la idea del parto. Venía de no saber qué esperar. Sentirme segura, acompañada y preparada fue clave para vivir una experiencia de parto transformadora. 💞

Y esta es mi inspiración para acompañar a mujeres en esta misma transformación. Quiero que te sientas segura, que sigas tu llamado interior y que te sientas acompañada en cada paso de este hermoso camino.

I say doula… but what that really means is energy, presence, guidance, reassurance, love, holding 💕

A doula is not just someone who supports you.
A doula is the way you are held while you bring life into the world.

And this is important to remember: no two doulas are the same.

We each bring our own essence, values, and energy into the birth space. When you choose a doula, you’re choosing the energy that will be by your side during one of the most sacred moments of your life.

This year, I witnessed so much. 💖
Courage. Vulnerability. Love. Presence.

I watched mothers trust their bodies, even when fear whispered otherwise.
I saw fear soften into confidence, partners step up and hold space, and families anchor into the here and now.

Birth is never just about bringing a baby into the world.
It’s about transformation, remembrance, and being deeply held in one of life’s most sacred moments.

It truly is an honor to walk this path with families.
Thank you for trusting me in such a sacred and transformative season of life. 💕✨

Este año presencié tantas cosas. 💖
Valentía. Vulnerabilidad. Amor. Presencia.

Vi a mamás confiar en sus cuerpos, incluso cuando el miedo les decía lo contrario.
Vi cómo el miedo se suavizaba y se transformaba en confianza, cómo las parejas daban lo mejor de sí para sostener y acompañar, y cómo las familias se anclaban en el aquí y ahora.

✨ So… what is a doula? ✨

A doula is a trained support person who is there just for YOU during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

💓 Emotional support when nerves kick in
💓 Physical comfort during labor like breathing, movement, massage, and reassurance
💓 Evidence based information so you can make confident choices
💓 A calm, steady presence reminding you that you can do this!

Doulas do not replace doctors or midwives. We support the birthing person so they feel heard, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Her basket includes her HypnoBirthing book and workbook, affirmations, raspberry leaf tea, a notebook, markers, cozy fairy lights with clips for her affirmations, and a few special little finds that felt just right for her energy. No basket is ever the same because I always tune into each mama’s vibe and personalize every detail.

Pampering is truly my love language and creating these intentional touches during pregnancy fills me with joy. I am so excited for the journey we get to walk together and for the beautiful coaching sessions already unfolding. Supporting you is one of my greatest joys!
