SageWay Behavioral Health We provide ABA therapy services to children with Autism and other developmental delays. Dr. Mrla has been a guest lecturer at the University of Arkansas.

Our goal is to develop solutions that support your child and family in all areas of life, with compassion, kindness, and grace. SageWay Behavioral Health was founded by Tiffany Mrla, Ph.D., a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. She received her doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Curriculum and Instruction. Her work encompasses scholarship and licensure in applied behavior analysis, special education, language arts, reading, and second language learners. Dr. Mrla is a state leader in the development of knowledge in this rapidly growing field and has the hands-on teaching experience necessary to research, develop, teach, and present curriculum methods and strategies for children of all ages and ability levels. Dr. Mrla’s leadership opportunities have provided invaluable insight from students, their families, administrators, teachers, support staff, and coordinating agencies, benefiting the advocacy for and direct provision of services to individuals, and their families. She provides consultation services to educational institutions, private therapy providers, licensure boards, and legislative committees. Over the past fifteen years, Dr. Mrla has worked as behavior analyst and an autism consultant in the public-school system, as well serving as a special education and general education teacher. She has provided services based on the science of applied behavior analysis to individuals identified with ASD in both clinical and home-based settings. Additionally, Dr. Mrla has published in the field of education and ASD (copies available on request) and developed and provided professional development on a diverse range of topics. Tiffany is a member of the Association of Behavior Analysts International, the Council for Exceptional Children, the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, the National Education Association and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and enjoys access to unlimited resources and research in the fields of education, ABA, and ASD. An Arkansas leader in the field, Tiffany was elected the 2017 Vice President of the Arkansas Association for Behavior Analysts, served as 2018 President Elect, 2019 President, and 2020 Past President. Currently, Dr. Mrla serves as the Chair of the Legislative and Ethics Committee, as well as the Practitioner's Committee and is a member of Member of ArkABA APPLE Special interest group for BCBAs working in school settings.

Graduate student Kayla Gussy works one-on-one with children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on social skills, self-regulation, and transferring behaviors into new environments. She uses individualized treatment plans created by a board-certified behavior analyst. By this time next year, she’ll be writing plans of her own. Kayla is working toward a special education master's degree, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. HallowZing is back! The Scott Family Amazeum will be hosting their annual HallowZING is an event where families who have kiddos with disabilities (along with their siblings) can have the Amazeum to themselves and explore the space along with special Halloween-themed activities.

“Special” Respite Grant OPPORTUNITY: This special respite grant project is funded through the Arkansas Lifespan Respite Coalition and the Administration on Community Living. Applicants will be notified once application is received. Funding is available up to $500 for any type of respite including private in home care, private babysitters or PRN’s, respite programs, summer programs, summer camps, summer activities that would give respite time to family.
