Beginning at the Springfield Community Center, enjoy the bike path supported route along the Cottonwood River to Beautiful Riverside Park, proceeding on path to Springfield Golf Course before finishing fast on a quarter mile road downhill back to where it all began!

Up to 80% of men can experience complications from different types of prostatectomy procedures. Symptoms include ⬇️

💧Passive and stress urinary leakage. Passive means the leaks occur at rest, stress incontinence refers to forced leakage during activities such as going from sitting to standing, coughing, sneezing, and laughing.

⚡The pudendal and sympathetic nerves and pelvic floor muscles can be unintentionally compromised during surgery, these impairments can cause erectile changes including erectile dysfunction.

💤💧Irritative bladder symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and nocturia (waking at night to urinate) are symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction and complications of prostatectomy.

🍌🔥Men may experience provoked or unprovoked pain in the ge***al area, perineum, or a**s after prostatectomy

🌀A Diastasis Recti occurs when the linea alba of the Re**us Abdominus muscle separates. This is a common occurrence after laparoscopic surgery and can lead to pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic girdle pain do to an ineffective core

Unfortunately most men may not be aware these complications can occur. Most surgeons do not tell their patients that pelvic floor physical and occupational therapy can help these symptoms, especially in the first year after surgery!
