INGREDIENTS
15.5 oz. Black Beans
15.5 oz. Black-Eyed Peas
15 oz. Sweet Corn
1 cup Chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Orange Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Red Onion
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Tbs. Sugar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbs. Lime Juice
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
RECIPE
1. Drain, rinse, and pat the beans and corn dry. Transfer to the bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, as a salad, as a topping in tacos, burritos, or quesadillas, on toast with some avocado.
