To accept the reality, in spaces such as how someone shows up for you, their behavior, your current state of health, financial status and more, does not mean you are excusing anything or claiming it as your final destination, but rather honoring it for what it is and choosing to let go of those limiting beliefs that are initiating your fight or flight response.

๐Ÿ˜‡ The angels share that sometimes simply saying/thinking negative things about our current reality can drag our mind and body further into that state of fight or flight- making it harder to hear our intuition and angels trying to guide us forward.

They say it is from this space of true acceptance that the true power shines. You are choosing to let go of the fear, anger, upset, and replacing it with room for YOUR peace, ease, and joy.

Friend, the angels say it is this very power of free will, of ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž, that will set you free from that heightened fight or flight state and allow you to see clearer, breathe deeper, sleep better, hope bigger, give and receive love deeper, and shift your perspective towards one that reveals the boundless opportunities they are sending you for the optimization of your life and consequently those around you. ๐Ÿฉทโœจ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿค—
