✔️Foam Roller Essentials: Learn the basics of foam rollers: different types, sizes, and densities. Also learn some great exercises you can use your foam roller for, as well as myofascial release work done with the roller. Feel free to bring your own foam roller. This is a fun course for all levels!
✔️Intro to Somatics: Learn about this mind-body practice for pain relief and nervous system regulation. The course will go over the nervous system and how the brain and body store and process pain and traumatic experiences. You will learn techniques you can use at home, as well as experience a guided group session with hands-on guidance for a complete mind-body experience. This is a must for anyone experiencing acute or chronic pain, stress and/or anxiety.
