For some reason I pictured our entrance into 2021 as a player sliding into a base on a baseball or softball field. A little tired and dirty and also excited. One thing I am really excited for in 2021 is the launch of a podcast that I anticipate is going to make a huge change in my professional life.

You see at the end of 2019 my intention was to retire from coaching at the end of 2020. Then THE PANDEMIC happened! So I pivoted and decided to concentrate on personal development. About half way through the year I was encouraged by a few select people to launch a podcast. Today is the major launch of that podcast. I understand that there are huge challenges for teachers these days. Their lives were challenging enough without adding working from home and all of the technological challenges.

To help out I am offering FREE COACHING for teachers. I will be offering individual and group coaching. Groups will be split by Elementary/Middle/High School. I know you all have different challenges.
