This type of massage is catered to athletes and active individuals. I like to use motion, stretching, and any techniques needed to open range of motion to a restricted joint. This modality is great for improving mobility and performance. People often schedule a sports massage in the hopes of preventing injuries or as a recovery after a sporting event.

This massage is designed specifically to help pregnant woman find comfort during their second and third trimester. I preform this modality with the client laying on their side surrounded by pillows. Techniques used during Prenatal massage are non-invasive and gentle. With the goal of relieving classic pregnancy pains and promoting emotional well-being being for mother and baby.

Is a massage modality that focuses on releasing deeper tissues of muscle and connective tissue. This work is usually preformed with medium, firm or deep pressure. Communication is key during this type of massage to help keep the client as comfortable as possible! When successful this massage improves joint mobility and can give relief to chronic pain.

I am getting out of control...plants Plants PLANTS 🪴 🌱🌿🍃 Now that I've added a plant holder with a growing light who knows how my room will look next month. I might have plants hanging from the ceiling. 😀
