About 2 years ago, our nest was suddenly empty. We were both busy working, I was post-menopause, and I kept hearing, “Well… you’re over 50 now. Weight gain is just part of it.”
For a while, I believed that lie.

I’ve lost pounds, inches, and pant sizes… but what I’ve gained means so much more: confidence, energy, no more aches and pains, the ability to sit criss-cross on the floor, strength to lift heavier, and a renewed love for cooking nutritious meals for my family.
