Welcome December!!!

Christmas is 25 days away, which means lots of parties, gatherings and opportunities to be with friends, but also to feel frustrated without a plan!

What is your plan to stay on track with your health and fitness plan through out the holidays season?

Think about walking 7000-10000 steps a day
Drinking Water at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces
Eating Whole Foods
Eating 30-40 grams of protein at each meal
Stop eating 3 hrs before going to bed

Remember making small changes each day will equal big results

About 2 years ago, our nest was suddenly empty. We were both busy working, I was post-menopause, and I kept hearing, “Well… you’re over 50 now. Weight gain is just part of it.”
For a while, I believed that lie.

PS: The picture on the right is me in August 2023. The picture on the left is me in October 2025—two years into FASTer Way. I’ve lost pounds, inches, and pant sizes… but what I’ve gained means so much more: confidence, energy, no more aches and pains, the ability to sit criss-cross on the floor, strength to lift heavier, and a renewed love for cooking nutritious meals for my family.
