🌸 In Loving Memory of Patricia Fults 🌸

Today we celebrate the life and birthday of our dear resident, Patricia Fults. Patricia passed away on August 19th, 2025, and her funeral service was held today.

Though she is no longer with us, her warmth, kindness, and beautiful spirit will always remain in our hearts. On what would have been her special day, we remember Patricia with love, gratitude, and fond memories.

💜 Happy Heavenly Birthday, Patricia. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. 💜

We’re looking to add some fun and joy to our activities here at Centennial Pointe! Our residents love working on puzzles and playing bingo, and we’d be so grateful for your help.

✨ What we’re in need of:

Puzzles with 300 large pieces (perfect for our residents!)
Fun and useful bingo prizes (snacks, toiletries, small gifts, etc.)

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and brings a smile to our residents’ faces. 💜
