When I started Brie’s, it wasn’t meant to become a brand — it was something I created out of necessity.
I was born with one kidney and couldn’t find a protein bar that met my standards: no artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, just real ingredients and premium protein that supported my health. So I made my own and about a year later I started selling them locally, then opened an online store.
COVID hits, and I had to pivot because I wasn’t able to get one of my ingredients — that’s when the powders, greens, and reds were born, all with the same commitment to quality. Eventually came The Brie’s Method — workouts built around anatomy, the way training should be, as well as feeling strong from the inside out ….. all with mindset and nutrition at the forefront!
Now, Brie’s is growing in ways I used to only dream about. We’ve outgrown our original space and are moving into a larger kitchen so we can share our bars with more health-conscious people through retail and nationwide distribution.
It’s surreal, emotional, and so exciting!!
What started as my personal pursuit of wellness has grown into a movement to help others live happier, healthier lives — personally and professionally.
