During these painful, dark, and scary times- how do we show up for others while also protecting our energy?

• let yourself feel all your emotions, don't block grief, anxiety, or joy
• realize that the root of your pain is deep compassion and love
• diligently take care of your body's physical needs
• find glimmers of hope wherever and however you can
• let your emotions move you to action: where & how can you show up?
• acknowledge it to ease the toll of carrying on "as normal"
• make time for rituals and traditions that nourish you
• engage in spiritual practices (whatever that means for you)
• lean on and support your community in every way you can
• treat yourself with more patience, kindness, and gentleness
• move your body in ways that feel good to you
• allow yourself to take breaks so as to sustain your engagement

Anger isn’t the problem — it’s information.

We’re often taught to suppress anger, but when understood and expressed safely, anger can actually serve us.

Anger can:
• protect us
• highlight injustice
• clarify our values
• motivate change
• uncover deeper, unmet needs

At Elevate Healing Collective, we help clients move through anger — not around it — so it becomes a guide rather than a burden.

💬 You’re not “too much.”
💬 Your anger isn’t wrong.
💬 It’s asking to be listened to.

If you’re ready to understand what your emotions are trying to tell you, therapy can help.
Healing that creates space for truth, growth, and freedom.

A gentle reminder from Elevate Healing Collective 🌿

You don’t need to do more to heal.
Sometimes healing looks like slowing down, listening to your body, creating space, and choosing rest.

Your nervous system is always listening — speak to it with kindness today. 🤍
