Recently, I was invited to speak on how can indeed be a powerful tool for improving , particularly when it comes to stepping outside one's comfort zone. Here is 1 example: Reducing Social Anxiety. Many people struggle with , finding it difficult to interact with others or speak in public. Applied improv provides a and to practice social interactions, gradually desensitizing individuals to social fears. Through playful exercises, participants learn to with others, actively, and express themselves confidently, leading to improved social skills and reduced anxiety in real-life social situations.
