Today's meditation focus is on the THROAT CHAKRA
The energy of today focuses on communication. Be mindful of how you use your voice in the world. Are you timid, afraid to speak your TRUTHS? Are you overly vocal and prone to gossip or lying? Words have POWER. Notice how you use them when you speak to others and to yourself.

Use your voice today in a positive way. Release it from the confines of fear and allow your voice to be heard. Speak up, sing your own song and STOP someone's negative talk with YOUR POWERFUL WORDS. STAND UP BY SPEAKING UP.

THROAT CHAKRA AFFIRMATION:
I use my voice in a POWERFUL WAY for the GOOD of all!
