Consultation season is here! Let’s talk about therapy consultations. I remember feeling overwhelmed when searching for a therapist, but after years in private practice, I’ve developed questions to help people quickly share their needs. If articulating feelings is tough for you, this is a great way to gauge compatibility. Typically, 3-4 consultations are recommended before committing to a therapist, but sometimes it just clicks 😉
