St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers SLDDTC is two Department of Mental Health facilities, in South St. Louis and St. Charles counties. The St.

Both support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Charles campus supports those with high levels of medical needs.
