So much gratitude for the beautiful souls who joined me today for our mini retreat at Chakra Wellness 💙

We spent an afternoon in meditation, movement, & reflection. The energy in the room was powerful, peaceful, and so open-hearted.

Inspired by the water element and the spacious energy of summer, this retreat is all about releasing control, softening where you’ve been holding, and reconnecting to your natural rhythm.

We’ll move through:

Practicing together has been a true joy, and I am constantly inspired by their growth and energy. 💫
