Somatic therapy helps you slow down, tune into your body, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying, not just in your mind, but in your breath, muscles, and nervous system.
I teach you techniques that include grounding, listening to your body while staying curious, and allowing the experience and emotion to move through you with breath work and movement. For me, the most important part is learning how to notice the small cues that your body offers, following them gently, and letting them guide us toward the insight and relief you’ve been craving.
