The turf arrived! 🙌

With the help of some incredible people — Luke (owner of Push Pedal Pull) and his expertise, along with Amber Schaper, Brodie, Cindy Kail, Curt Dvorak, Jody Mager Dvorak, and the Iowa Phoenix Football team (JT Trevillian) — we were able to get everything moved into place smoothly!

Building Shape Up Sports Academy has truly been a team effort, and along the way we’ve built some amazing relationships and friendships that we’re so grateful for.

We are so excited for all of you to see SHAPE UP soon — it’s really starting to come to life! 💪🥎⚾⚽🏈

The walls are officially up 👀

Seeing this space start to take shape is unreal. What was just an open area is now turning into something with structure, purpose, and vision behind it.

Still a lot of work to go—but this is where it starts.

We’re building more than a facility… we’re building a place for athletes to grow year-round 💪

Shape Up Sports Academy: Opening in Waukee Soon!!

Our new facility will offer:
⚡ Strength & Performance Training (1:1 + classes)
🥎 Softball lessons
⚾ Baseball lessons
🏈 Football training
⚽ Soccer training

And Full Turf/Field rentals!

We will also use our Mental Performance Lab (Classroom!) to offer:
🧠 Mental Performance training for athletes and coaches and team building opportunities for your business!!

We also welcome….
Birthday Parties, youth group events, day camps etc.

And soon, we will be offering summer clinics!

We believe in training the whole athlete/individual — not just physically, but mentally and personally. Our purpose is to help athletes grow in their sport and grow into confident, resilient people.

As we grow, we are looking for coaches who want to share their knowledge and coach with purpose.
