Hello all! As I wrap up my Barre program this week, I'll be focusing on the next level.

It feels great to start to feel the strength in your body that you've had before. And for that I'm thankful.

As for veggies, the role has slowed. But Im not done yet. Remember its about the journey. It's about the lifestyle. So I'm working to be healthy and eat nutrient dense meals for the long haul.

Truth is.

Yup. It doesn't matter how active you are. While exercise gives your body cardio and strength benefits. It doesn't give your organs the nutrients and vitamins it needs to feel alive!
