Humidity control is one of the top challenges in commercial building HVAC design.

Dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) are gaining traction as a way to decouple ventilation from space conditioning. But achieving effective dehumidification without excessive energy use remains a key hurdle.

Volunteers from Copeland joined Bungad Elementary School to celebrate the school’s 50th Foundation Day, supporting a full day of activities designed to engage and inspire students.

The day combined a sportsfest, safety education and hands-on learning. Copeland volunteers reinforced safe play through practical guidance, while students participated in interactive activities that encouraged listening and engagement.

A highlight of the event was “My Dreams, My First Step Forward,” where students translated their aspirations into action. Using paper hand cutouts, they defined their goals, outlined steps to achieve them and set personal timelines, building a shared vision board of future ambitions.
