We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Bruce Baird, visionary co-founder of Productive Dentist Academy. Smile Advantage has been fortunate to partner with PDA for several years, and during that time we’ve consistently experienced the exceptional caliber of their coaches, executive team, and leadership community. Many of our most motivated, growth-focused practices have come to us through PDA, and we’ve always held those relationships in especially high regard—because PDA clients show up ready to lead, grow, and build something meaningful. That standard is a direct reflection of Dr. Baird’s vision, his commitment to culture, and the way he elevated dentistry through purpose-driven leadership. His impact will be felt for generations. Our hearts are with his family, loved ones, and the entire PDA team.

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Dr. Bruce B. Baird, visionary co-founder of Productive Dentist Academy, mentor, educator, and dear friend.

Bruce dedicated his life to elevating dentistry and empowering leaders to build practices, and lives, filled with purpose, clarity, and impact. His influence will be felt for generations to come.
