✅ I never was gonna share my photos cause I just don’t like taking these body photos honestly. This was the one part of the challenge i didnt see the point. But then I saw the difference and couldn’t believe it. I kept saying I didn’t think I had really changed much but could tell I was gaining some of my strength back. The scale only showed 8lbs down but I could tell that certain exercises I could do way more reps then when I started. I originally started this just to kick myself into gear about having an exercise routine again. I had wanted to do it for a couple of years just cause it’s a challenge and I love a good challenge. It’s definitely a mental challenge. I walked in ☔️ so much rain and hail, crazy winds, tornado warnings, crazy lightening storms, and cold temps. I would be completely drenched and was like well if I wasn’t doing this I definitely wouldn’t have walked in that. My schedule would be nuts some days that I had to get up at 4:30 to get a workout done before the day started and be up till 10:30 finishing a workout. Pretty sure my neighbors thought i was nuts walking in the storms and dark. Kids sports had me traveling with dumbbells. And some nights I was up going to the bathroom all night cause I had to chug another 40oz at 9pm cause I hadn’t gotten my gallon in yet. I finished 3 nonfiction books, my favorite was Let them by Mel Robbins. I didn’t really care about the no alcohol, but I am looking forward to a margarita! Ive also never been so hydrated in my life. The 50s days were where I wanted to quit. I was exhausted, tired of walking in the rain, life was getting busier than normal with work, school and sports and I was tired of finding time for two 45min workouts and really felt this was not sustainable for a normal life. Once I hit the 60s I was like ok I got this! I do feel great and now hopefully am ready to stay in a routine of some sort going forward. While I don’t think this is for everyone I do encourage ya to try some sort of challenge. I got so weak from cancer treatments and am loving feeling stronger again. I also loved seeing my kids want to workout while I was. So all that to say I am done and I’m glad I did it!
