Yesterday was pretty EPIC!

I even used some of the strategies I learned to make dinner last night in under 20 minutes.

Let's just say it was a real success...
🙌 Saved me time...the drive-thru lines can take longer when they are busy
🙌 Easy...I already had everything I needed
🙌 Super cheap...under $15 for all 4 of us to eat & we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow
🙌 Healthy...used real foods that kept us full and fueled our bodies
🙌 Yummy...of course, even if all of the above hit the mark, this one is super important

Are you one of the 90% of American women who crave chocolate...you seriously can't get enough...they even have a word for it...

Chocoholic!

There are so many reasons we crave chocolate...but do you know what to do when they hit...or better yet, how you stop the cravings in the first place?

Hi my name is Sarah, and I'm a recovering Chocoholic, and while I still love chocolate, I can now also say no to it.

Chocolate cravings are interesting because so many different things can cause them, and ****depending on the root cause of why you're craving the chocolate will change how you rewrite Your Craving Story.

Of course, that's what makes it so hard to control them.

We often don't stop and think about our cravings; we simply just try to get our chocolate fix...

But that often leaves us feeling stuck and just wanting more.

What worked for our craving one day may not work for our craving the next time.

I hear it all the time...I don't have the willpower to give up chocolate, but what if I told you that you don't need willpower?!

How does that change things for you?

While I do recommend throwing your diet out the window...I don't recommend the free-for-all...it'll leave you with nothing but regret and struggles going into the New Year.
