Breaking News: St. Louis Cancer Care Leads the Way with Tevimbra (Tislelizumab)!

We’re proud to announce that St. Louis Cancer Care is the first in Missouri—and the 6th in the nation—to administer Tevimbra (tislelizumab), a next-generation PD-1 inhibitor for advanced or metastatic gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer.

What makes Tevimbra different? Unlike other checkpoint inhibitors, tislelizumab was specifically designed to reduce binding to Fc gamma receptors on immune cells, which may help minimize unwanted immune activation and improve its effectiveness. This innovation offers a new, potentially more precise immunotherapy option for patients battling these challenging cancers.
