Pregnancy is beautiful… and let’s be honest — it can also be uncomfortable. Your body is doing an incredible amount of work growing a human. 💛

Prenatal massage and reflexology can support the body during this time in several ways:

From May through December, we'll be working select shows with Live Nation — and while it’s not an everyday gig, it is always a fun one.

There’s something electric about backstage energy. Artists prepping. Crew moving. Music humming through the walls. And me over here making sure bodies hold up through long sets, long nights, and long tours.

It’s a different kind of massage work. Fast-paced. Focused. Functional. Get them on stage feeling loose, grounded, and ready.

Parenting is this.

A purple tent on the bed.
A diaper box in the corner.
A shoe on the alphabet rug.
Snack crumbs where they absolutely should not be.

And somehow… it’s still beautiful.

Some days the house is clean.
Some days it looks like a small tornado with sticky hands passed through.

And honestly? That just means life is being lived in here.

We read books.
We build forts.
We change diapers.
We step on things in the dark.
We survive on coffee and love.

It’s messy. It’s loud. It’s unpredictable.
And it’s an adventure I wouldn’t trade.

One day the rug will be spotless.
One day the tent will be gone.
One day there won’t be tiny shoes in the middle of the floor.

There’s something powerful about working with someone who truly understands breath.

Nadia isn’t just a sound therapy practitioner — she is also a trained opera singer. That means years of disciplined breath control, diaphragm engagement, resonance training, and vocal projection.

Breath isn’t just air moving in and out.
It’s nervous system regulation.
It’s vagus nerve stimulation.
It’s core activation.
It’s emotional release.

As an opera vocalist, Nadia has trained her body to use breath intentionally — expanding the rib cage, engaging the diaphragm, controlling exhale, and sustaining tone. That level of awareness translates beautifully into breathwork and sound sessions.

She offers:

✨ Sound Therapy + Guided Meditation ✨

Tonight’s session was powerful.

As meditation words were spoken — intention, grounding, release, clarity — a specific chakra bowl was played to match the energy of that focus.

Each bowl carries a tone aligned with a color and energy center in the body. When the root chakra was addressed, a deep red tone resonated. When we focused on heart space, a green frequency filled the room. As we moved into clarity and intuition, higher tones associated with blue and indigo vibrated through the space.

Sound travels through the body — and since the body is largely water, those vibrations move through tissue in a very real, physical way. You don’t just “hear” it. You feel it.

The goal isn’t magic.
The goal is regulation.

When sound and breath pair together, the nervous system shifts. Muscles soften. Guarding decreases. The body feels safe enough to let go.

Sometimes what needs healing isn’t more pressure.
Sometimes it’s balance.
Sometimes it’s stillness.
Sometimes it’s a gentle shake to what’s been stuck.

✨ Little Life Update ✨

I am scheduled for surgery on March 27 and will need a minimum of 4 weeks to recover before returning to hands-on massage.

This is planned, everything is fine — just giving my body the space it needs to heal properly so I can come back strong. 💪

I’ll be working up until March 27, so if you want to get in before I take a short healing break, message me soon.

While I’m recovering, you are still supported here.

Elaine is available two afternoons a week for:
• 1-hour custom massage
• Reflexology
• Private yoga sessions
• Sound therapy

Nadia is available for:
• Energy work
• Sound therapy

I know these services are different from the structural work I usually do. But sometimes the nervous system needs regulation more than deep pressure.

Sound therapy uses vibrational frequencies that travel through the body (which is mostly water). These vibrations, paired with intentional breathing, can stimulate the vagus nerve — helping shift you from “fight or flight” into “rest and restore.” When your nervous system feels safe, muscles release more easily. Circulation improves. Healing happens more efficiently.

For those who’ve let me add breathwork or sound into your sessions — I’d love for you to share what you experienced and maybe book a full session while I’m healing.

Growing to 4 rooms and 1 private fitness room with about 2,000 regular clients. Our LMTs have at least 7 years experience in a variety of massage modalities, including energywork with sound and meditation. Steady expanding we now can offer Personal Training and Private Yoga sessions.
