C L I E N T✨S P O T L I G HT

This client just finished her first fat loss phase. She was in a deficit and a series of carb cycling for 13 weeks and her progress is obvious. But here are the deets

Down 23lbs
Down 13 inches

This client went camping in Nashville, had a huge birthday party, Easter weekend, Mother’s Day and many meals out.

Tracking her food has allowed her to make a meal plan that she looks forward to and that she can stick to LONG TERM.

She is about to go on vacation so we ended her fat loss phase and gave her a diet break during the duration of her vacation and will start her 2nd fat loss phase when she gets back.

This client is also working out 1-3 days a week and averaging 9-12k steps consistently throughout her journey!

So proud of you, you! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey. I hope you inspire someone else who struggles with their hypothyroidism and irregular cycles and losing weight!

I want to praise this client for being so accountable. She never misses a weekly check in. If she doesn’t know how To log something she reaches out. Also she keeps track of meals that she ate out throughout the week and estimated logging the best she could. As a coach this makes my job for her easy and straight forward so i can make the most educated decision along the way to keep her progress going!

Can’t wait to continue with this client!

Let me be your coach 💕

Sizes are so stupid. What’s more stupid is that we let them define us.

This body suit is from a very popular brand and I’m proudly wearing an XL.

Why?

Because it freaking fits me.

I’m comfortable

I feel pretty.

A top is just a top

Jeans are just jeans

Who cares if you are a medium in one brand and another you’re an XL.

I don’t know… personally I’ve never experienced anyone sticking their hands down my pants or shirts to find out what size I wear.

It’s weird. No one has ever broke an entry to find out what the number on the scale says in my bathroom.

I feel for the people who have experienced this. 🥺

So where do these insecurities come from? Where we get sad if a certain size doesn’t fit.

Diet culture. Diet society.

When I stopped caring what the scale said (because it kept going up when I got stronger… I noticed I was getting the body I was always chasing by trying so hard to weigh less and less.

I weigh TWENTY pounds more than I was when I started college. And I’m okay with that! Because I love my body. I built it after all 😏

No one knows how much you weigh. No one knows that your body suit is an XL

If I let diet culture control me I wouldn’t have bought this body suit in 3 colors because I thought it was comfy cute just because the original medium I grabbed would have only fit one of my butt cheeks.

get 👏 over 👏 it.

It’s okay to still have goals of fat loss. But please know that doesn’t always mean weight loss. You want to get smaller? And tighter. Get stronger.

Please know before I get trolled that my point is not about someone’s size or weight, it’s that clothes are going to be different and that’s okay. But what makes you feel good regardless of the size.

Let me be your coach. 💕

I recently saw a post from a fitness influencer - about how she hates when coaches have their clients weigh every single thing, "its tedious and annoying"

I couldn't agree more haha! However, Im sure most would agree that is more annoying to have to cut out all of their favorite foods because they don't know how to have any kind of structure and balance in their life and their relationship with food looks something like this - binge restrict, binge restrict.

The goal for my clients is to yes track their food, not to obsess but to learn. Having the skill to build your own meal plan that gives you freedom and flexibility to go to mexican and have a margarita and chips and salsa every now and then or have chocolate every day is the main goal behind logging and weighing your food.

Its "annoying" to people when they are eating healthy and not losing weight. This could be because they think they are eating smaller portions than they really are, because they are having a 1/3 cup of peanut butter and they think they are having 2 T lol.

The goal should be to be learning how to intuitively eat and learning what appropriate serving sizes should be. Once you have been weighing and logging your food you can absolutely shift to a more intuitive approach. But have you earned that yet? What happens when you are weighing vs when you aren't?

Macros give you information. This client was eating 1300 calories and gaining weight. She wouldn’t have know this if she didn’t start tracking. She might have increased too much too soon and saw a huge spike and got discouraged and never gotten to this point… or worse restricted even lower, lost her cycle, hair and her gosh darn mind! GO YOU!

So just know...the goal is not to weigh and log every single thing for the rest of your life. The goal is to learn so you can intuitively eat and keep what you have worked hard for. Thats why I have a maintenance phase for all of my clients after they have met their goals.

🛍💕🛍💕🛍 NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH!!
Taaaaadayyyy, a firm hold hair spray was made available for the world, no butane or propane and doesn’t bbq your hair! 😉 also, these hair sprays make the best make up setting spray! That’s how gentle it is!!!! And along with all the other products it’s infused with the anti aging rejuvanique oil. So not only will this hair spray preserve your style, skin, and make up, but it will help your hair grow.
I have the flexible hold hair spray right now and it does a great job so I can only imagine what the firm hold will do for my curls, but lord knows I beed it in this heat!

I love this sale because it’s great for people that do love their current shampoo / conditioner and just want top of the line style product so they eliminate hair build up weighing down their hair and causing their style to only last half the time. OR if you are someone who wants to use the rest of your shampoo and conditioner before making the switch. This is for you!

When you get the new hair spray, you will also get the dry shampoo, a round brush for maximum root volume for the at home blow out! And a pretty canvas bag to store your brush in so the Brissles don’t bend!
DM me what questions you have ❤️❤️❤️

On a scale of 1-10 how comfortable are you with being uncomfortable... you be thinking I’m talking about the super hard impossible workouts that you just need to get through to lose weight right? And it’s ONLY way... wrong. That’s not what I’m talking about.
I’m talking about being uncomfortable with how you feel, look, and have jealous and envy towards others who have what you want and desire. Are you comfortable with being uncomfortable in pictures, eating until you hate yourself, being out of control, pulling up your jeans every time you sit down (do you even notice you do it anymore?)
This is common but it is NOT normal. It’s not okay to be unhappy all the time and become “okay” with your goals being out of reach. It. Is. Not. It’s also not okay to pass along these habits and confidence issues to your kids.
You are capable!
So answer my question on a scale of 1-10 how comfortable are you being uncomfortable?

I get asked this question all day. Mainly about fitness motivation.
I choose this profession because I’m good at it. Yes I went to school for it....but that’s not why I’m good at it. I’m good at it because I care!
I want so badly for people to stop the negative self talk, and negative self doubt, self sabotage and living every day with no self respect.
The tens of clients I’ve had that I’ve been able to help them create a healthy lifestyle that is doable for them is so rewarding for me. I know there are a lot of emotions on the table with losing weight, and the self reflection involved with changing your perspective on your relationship with food. But it’s possible and I love to help people understand their own why and live it out every day. .
Please share your why with me below. If I can have a deeper conversation with you and possible bring you on as a client let’s talk about that. Feel free to ask me anything
Also if you are my client, and I have helped you stay consistent please help me help others by sharing!

As a coach this is always something I’ve tried to get my clients to embrace! If you want to lose 20lbs in 1 month you don’t need to hire me. Eat less move more. But then you’re going to gain it all back SO quickly because you can’t sustain those habits and have joy and live your life.
There are plenty of things to do and not do to get quick results but I promise you they will NOT be permanent. I want my clients to learn to live a lifestyle that they can do forever to get the results they desire and keep them forever.
I can help create this vision for you! It’s doable and you do not have to deprive yourself. Most of my clients who come to me have been under eating for such a long time. I want my clients to be eating as much food as possible while still losing fat. .

I have been eating this same breakfast for about 3 months. For the only reason that I love it. You have to love your food. Otherwise any results you’re getting from it will be temporary and actually cause more erratic eating patterns that will cause plateaus and just mental boredom.
For me I love a big breakfast. This breakfast is 2 eggs, 1 T grass fed butter, 2 slices of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread 🥯, and a vanilla cappuccino.
