Candidate must:

At a MINIMUM, have the required State License to practice Independently as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor AND at least 3 years post license experience

Capable of completing assessments, treatment plans and therapy sessions along with the ability to complete clinical notes/required paperwork in a timely manner

Must have experience working with all ages especially children and teen
Experience working with couples

Job Type: Full-time
Salary starts at $55,000+ based on experience

The Right Solution, Inc. is looking for a great therapist to join our team at our Eureka office location!

This is a very unique and rare opportunity for the right candidate.

Candidate must:

At a MINIMUM, have the required State License to practice Independently as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor
Be able to pass a background check
Capable of completing assessments, treatment plans and therapy sessions along with the ability to complete clinical notes/required paperwork in a timely manner
Assists in developing program components related to Mental Health counseling services, prevention, and intervention.
Must have experience working with all ages including Teens and Adults
Experience conducting family and relationship counseling
Is responsible for documenting all screenings, assessments, group facilitations, and counseling according to procedures
Provides “as needed” consulting services regarding mental health related issue
Days/Times are flexible. Evening hours required.

The Intake Receptionist supports the mission of The Right Solution by responding to, screening and prioritizing requests for counseling services.

The Intake Receptionist schedules appointments and provides information about services offered for all office locations.

Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service by answering calls for services
Conducts screenings to aid in scheduling/coordinating services
Provides program information and referrals and schedules appointments
Identifies resources and next steps that are available to address needs
Stays up-to-date with program requirements and trends in the community
Maintains records and statistical data; providing information for reports as requested
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required
Experience in a call center or front desk role
One-year experience in social work or social service field
