Merry Yule y’all! I’m so excited about this day since it’s my most favorite solstice!

I’d like to share a recipe with you if you are like me, struggling to help keep throat/nasal passages moistured in this high elevation.

A pot of Warm water infused with tbs of each sea salt, green peppercorn, green cardamom, star anise lavender and rose petals, crush/mix and add to water, strain into a mug (there may still be herb fragments and that’s ok; just strain ❤️), gargle for about a minute per sip til all gone to help with moisture retaining and a facial steam bath with a pot of 1tbsp of each Thyme and oregano to help open up nasal passages and keep everything moist.

Wait til water is almost boiling then take off heat, wait a bit then drape a towel over head to help trap steam towards face, breathe in and out of nose and mouth ❤️ as long as you want. It’s quiet pleasant actually 🙂

Can repeat as many times during the day if you wish 🙂 remember to stay hydrated!
